RETURN POLICY

All sales at Bad Ass Mementos are final—because custom means commitment. We don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. If we messed up, we’ll fix it. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We don’t refund shipping costs, and we don’t cover return shipping unless it’s our fault. Double-check your design before ordering—we print what you send, no take-backs.
